Medical Engagement for Quality and Safety Conference brochureThe Faculty of Medical Leadership and Management, invites you to attend their new Medical Engagement for Quality and Safety Conference in London, UK, running from the 25-26 May 2017.

In collaboration with Peter Spurgeon, Professor of Health Services Management, University of Warwick, Paul Long, Founding Director, Centre for Health Leadership, Australia and Prof. Erwin Loh, Monash Health Australia, we have designed an innovative programme aimed at Australian, New Zealand and UK based doctors who wish to gain inside knowledge and tips from colleagues and executive medical leaders practicing in the UK.

Day one
The plan for day one is for the meeting to be conducted using a deliberative dialogue approach where everyone attending is given the opportunity to participate. Senior experts will provide short talks covering key factors, providing a strong foundation in active conversation, for I strongly feel this method of learning is most beneficial and memorable to all participants.
Day Two
Day two is a master class format with leading experts presenting practical ideas for you to implement back in your setting.

Don’t miss this opportunity of creating an open dialogue in exchanging knowledge, ideas, best practice, lessons learnt, in all areas related to leadership practices across two continents.
We look forward to seeing your interest in this programme. More information including speaker detail is in the brochure.
